Wireless ADB on Ubuntu — fix “device not showing”
Core idea: pairing and connecting are different steps. You may be paired but not connected to a TCP device.
Typical causes
- Connected to pairing service only (not the ADB TCP port).
- Phone and laptop not in same Wi-Fi subnet.
- Old stale device entry — need to disconnect and reconnect.
